Payment Processing for Stores Offering Installment Plans
Stores that sell goods on an installment plan have two main objectives: to process purchases quickly and then to collect monthly payments seamlessly. ATMOS helps with both: the customer makes the first payment online via the website or app, and subsequent installments are automatically debited from their linked card according to the contract schedule.
Automatic payments save customers from having to remember payment due dates and save the store from manually tracking accounts receivable. The system automatically processes payments on schedule and retries if an attempt fails. Partial refunds also allow for the proper settlement of transactions when goods are returned.
The solution integrates with the store's website and accounting system via API. Payment analytics show the collection rate for each transaction.
