Frequently Asked Questions

There could be several reasons — here are the most common ones:
Installment plan or loan. If you purchased something on an installment plan or took out a loan, monthly payments are automatically charged according to the schedule.
Subscription. The service you use automatically renewed your subscription—for streaming, an app, or cloud storage.
Deferred payment. Some services don't charge you at the time of the order, but later—for example, after delivery confirmation or at the end of a trial period.
Microloan payment. Microfinance organizations (MFOs) charge the principal or interest on the date specified in the agreement.
In all cases, the charge is initiated by the company with which you previously entered into a contract or accepted an offer. ATMOS only processes the payment technically.
If you cannot determine the reason, please submit a request using the form, and we will help you identify who received the payment.
ATMOS is a payment operator that companies use to conduct transactions. If you see ATMOS in a notification, it means the payment was processed through our infrastructure, but the initiator is a partner to whom you gave consent for the charge.
Fill out the form above: provide the date, amount, and the last 4 digits of your card number. We will identify the company and notify you via SMS within 3 business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00).
No. ATMOS is not the recipient of the payment and does not make decisions about refunds. To request a refund, please contact the company that initiated the charge directly—be it a store, service, bank, or MFO.
ATMOS does not activate or deactivate subscriptions. You can cancel a subscription in the personal account of the service that issued it. If you don't know which service it is, use the form above, and we will help you identify it.
If you are sure that you did not sign up for a service or link your card, contact your bank as soon as possible to block the card and dispute the transaction. At the same time, submit a request through our form, and we will provide information about the payment recipient.
Never. We do not ask for your full card number, CVV code, SMS codes, or passwords. If someone asks for this information while claiming to be from ATMOS, they are scammers.
No. ATMOS does not issue loans or arrange installment plans. We only provide online payment processing.
Yes. To perform a check, we do not ask for your full card number, CVV code, or SMS passwords.
