Consent to Personal Data Processing

I hereby give my consent to JSC "NATIONAL INNOVATIVE PAYMENT TECHNOLOGIES" (the "ATMOS Company") for the processing of my personal data in the manner and on the terms set forth in this consent, the Privacy Policy, and the Public Offer for the use of the ATMOS Service.

The Client gives this consent for the following purposes: to identify the Client; to provide payment services to Clients using the ATMOS Company's Services; to verify the solvency and reliability of the personal data subject as a Client or potential Client of the ATMOS Company or of an ATMOS Company Partner with whom the ATMOS Company has a relevant agreement; for the proper performance of the terms of the Agreement to which the Client is a party; to provide the Client with timely information about the services provided by the ATMOS Company; to include the Client in the database of Partners' potential clients, including for the purpose of offering the Client Partner services by telephone, mail, SMS message, or email; to receive services from Partners related to obtaining prompt access to credit, banking, insurance, and other Partner products, including receiving goods on an installment plan, loans, credit cards, opening accounts, and obtaining qualified consulting assistance, as well as for the purposes specified in the Security Policy.

For the purposes of this Consent, "personal data" shall mean any information directly or indirectly relating to the Client as a personal data subject, including, but not limited to: last name, first name, patronymic; year, month, date, and place of birth; residential address; mailing address; series and number of an identity document; taxpayer identification number; information on education and professional qualifications; personal identifier of an individual; insurance contributions; tax arrears; amount of accumulated pension contributions; information on the ownership of real estate and motor vehicles; employment information; bank card data, as well as any movement of funds on a bank card; information automatically transmitted from the Client's device, including cookies; home, work, and mobile telephone numbers, email address, photographs; scanned copies of passport data; data on the Client's sources of income and property, scoring; information on the Client's credit obligations, including past obligations; data from open sources; any personal data made publicly available by the personal data subject via the Internet; personal data contained in publicly available sources (including, but not limited to, photograph, marital status, date of birth, hometown, family connections, home address, subscriber number, information about education), as well as other information necessary for the aforementioned purposes.

The Client's present consent is granted for the performance of any lawful actions with respect to the Client's personal data that are necessary or desirable for achieving the above-mentioned purposes, including, without limitation: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amending), use, distribution (including transfer to third parties), anonymization, blocking, and destruction of personal data; processing of personal data for the purposes of statistical accounting and scientific analysis; as well as the performance of any other actions with the Client's personal data within the framework of current legislation.

The processing of personal data shall be carried out using the following main methods (but not limited to): receiving, storing, combining, transferring, as well as processing via various means of communication (the Internet) or any other processing of the Client's personal data in accordance with the above-mentioned purposes and the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Client hereby expresses consent and authorizes (including third parties) the consolidation of personal data into a personal data information system and the processing of personal data using automated means or without the use of automated means, as well as using other software, and also authorizes the processing of their personal data for the promotion of goods, works, and services on the market, and for providing information about ongoing promotions and discounts.

The Client hereby acknowledges and confirms that, should it be necessary to provide personal data to third parties to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, or when engaging third parties to provide services for the above-mentioned purposes, the Company has the right, to the extent necessary, to disclose information about the Client (including the Client's personal data) to such third parties, their employees, and other persons authorized by them for the performance of the aforementioned actions, and to provide such persons with the relevant documents containing such information.

The Client hereby expresses consent and authorizes the Company to transfer their personal data for processing to third parties; any such third parties shall have the right to process personal data in the ways specified in this Consent:

1. to the "Credit Information and Analytical Center" Credit Bureau LLC;
2. "Unified Republican Processing Center" LLC;
3. National Interbank Processing Center;
4. PROFTAXIT LLC;
5. GENESIS INNOVATION LLC;
6. mobile network operators;
7. credit institutions, including banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
8. to third parties for the purpose of providing the Client with payment services, scoring, and analysis of the Client's solvency; any such third parties shall have the right to process personal data in the ways specified in this Consent;
9. to other third parties in accordance with the stated purposes for processing the Client's personal data;
10. to other third parties in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In this regard, ATMOS Company guarantees the security of the personal data transferred. The Client is hereby notified that the Company has the right to transfer their personal data to third parties for the above-mentioned purposes only on the condition that said third parties comply with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on ensuring the confidentiality and security of personal data during its processing.

This consent to the processing of personal data is granted for an indefinite term.

The Client hereby acknowledges and confirms that the Client is solely and fully responsible for the personal data they have provided, including its completeness, accuracy, unambiguity, and direct relevance to the Client.

The Client hereby acknowledges and confirms that they possess full legal capacity to grant this consent and grants their consent exclusively with respect to their own personal data.

The Client hereby acknowledges and confirms that they have been acquainted with their rights and obligations in accordance with Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 of July 2, 2019, "On Personal Data," including the procedure for withdrawing consent to the processing of personal data.

For the purposes of this consent, "personal data" shall be understood as any information directly or indirectly relating to me, as the subject of personal data, including, but not limited to: information specified in the ATMOS interfaces, as well as other information that is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes.
